Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 7:36PM In a press release that we received on Tuesday, Nintendo is claiming that they sold over 550,000 Wii consoles and over 1 million DS and DSi's. The sales of the DS and DSi actually beat a sales record previously set by the Game Boy Advance, Thanksgiving week in 2002. Big w00t! for Nintendo!

Looks like there's a major new game or update for every console except the Xbox 360 - which is probably smart because I doubt the Halo players will leave their gaming chairs to pick up anything else...
